This page contains the legal terms and conditions governing the website www.rodes.pt. Browsing the website implies acceptance of all the provisions contained in this document. All product purchases made through the website are regulated by these general conditions and other instructions for use contained on the website. All customers are invited to read these general conditions carefully.
Rodes reserves the right to modify the content of the website (prices and photos, for example) at any time, without prior notice and at its own discretion. Any modifications made will come into effect on the date of their publication.
PURCHASES
The terms and conditions regulate the relationship between Rodes and the customer, with regard to the purchase of products sold through this website.
The customer can browse the website but to access the sales service, it is imperative to have the necessary requirements to enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with Portuguese and Community Law.
For the customer to place an order, it is mandatory to fill in all the necessary data and accept the terms and conditions. Until the moment of finalizing the order, the customer may change all data associated with their order at any time.
Rodes reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of Rodes. Confirmation of order entry does not constitute a purchase contract, it only serves as proof that the order was received by Rodes.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the payment confirmation email, you must send an email to geral@rodes.pt within 1 hour.
PRODUCTS
The images on the website are the only means of representing the products and, therefore, Rodes does not guarantee the exact correspondence of the images to the products. For example, colors may appear different on different computer screens.
PRICES
All prices shown on the website are subject to the VAT rate in force in the country of origin, Portugal.
DELIVERIES
Orders will be shipped via a carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the online platform based on the weight and delivery location, and are borne by the consumer, however they will follow the following rules, under normal conditions:
Shipping Costs
Mainland Portugal – €7.50 (no limit)
Portugal Islands – No responsibility up to the freight forwarder (ship)
Other countries – upon request
Under normal conditions, the order may be shipped up to 8 working days after the order is placed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Rodes makes refunds in the following cases:
– Wrong item sent by Rodes;
In the following cases, we do not accept returns:
– If the carrier is unable to contact the customer to deliver the item(s);
– If, for whatever reason, the packaging or packaging is open;
– Other cases where there was no error on the part of Rodes or the carrier.
To request a return or exchange of an item, you will need to send the following information:
– Order Number;
– Image or video of the box where the item arrived, and of the damaged product;
– The item, or items, to be returned or exchanged.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
After collecting the product and receiving it at our facilities, the respective credit note will be prepared. In case of refund, it will be made within 48 hours and by bank transfer.
